The average turnaround time is around an hour, with a guaranteed 24-hour turnaround time when submitted during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm CT). eCertificates submitted after business hours or over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
The standard fee is $20 per document for NDTO members and $50 for non-members.
A Certificate of Origin (CO) is an important international trade document attesting that goods in a particular export shipment are wholly obtained, produced, manufactured, or processed in a particular country. COs also constitute a declaration by the exporter.

Certain countries, primarily those that are non-signatories to the Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents, require commercial documents to be legalized by the country’s US Embassy or Consulate.
