ExportND

The North Dakota Trade Office (NDTO) is dedicated to providing the North Dakota community with the expertise and resources to grow business through trade. The ExportND program seeks to assist NDTO member companies in expanding internationally and supporting their expansion into new markets. This program intends to supplement state and federal funding for companies that seek additional opportunities for export. There is a significant cost burden in new market expansion, and the ExportND program is here to offset some of those costs as a supporter of international business throughout ND.

Background:

This is a reimbursement program managed and funded by the NDTO, and is provided to supplement existing grant programs managed by the NDTO. To expand NDTO’s mission of growing ND businesses through trade, this grant program is offered to NDTO members who seek additional funding to support growth in new international markets.

The ExportND grant will fund $100,000 to support NDTO Members in expanding their international market potential. The first round of ExportND (July 2023-June 2024) funded 12 companies with exporting projects. Round two of ExportND (January 2024- December 2024) seeks to fund 8 additional projects for $5000 each.
