The North Dakota Trade Office (NDTO) is preparing for a multi-industry trade mission to the vibrant and dynamic nation of Vietnam, scheduled to take place from November 5-11, 2023. This mission aims to foster bilateral relations, explore new avenues of cooperation, and capitalize on the exciting prospects that Vietnam’s burgeoning economy has to offer.
Doug Goehring, the Agriculture Commissioner of North Dakota, will lead the mission along with NDTO’s senior staff. Trade mission delegates can expect to see market briefings, B-to-B meetings with potential buyers, site visits and facility tours, networking opportunities, and a potential tour to the Vung Tau port.
Vietnam, with its vibrant and rapidly evolving economic landscape, provides an ideal backdrop for businesses seeking to expand their horizons and solidify their global footprint. The country is one of the top 25 markets for exports from North Dakota, with the top exports being agriculture commodities and electrical machinery. The nation’s pro-business environment, coupled with its growing consumer base and strategic location, makes it a great destination for ambitious companies looking to explore new markets and form lasting partnerships.
