Prepare your business for global success by enrolling in the Export Management Course sponsored by the University of North Dakota, North Dakota State University, University of Jamestown, Dickinson State University and the North Dakota Trade Office. The 12-week export certification program offers university students and business professionals hands-on export training, taught by regional experts in all areas of international business.
The Export Management Course is held during the fall semester (August – November) at University of Jamestown, University of North Dakota and Dickinson State University (via the ND University System’s Interactive Video Network ); and during the spring semester (January – April) at North Dakota State University. The Spring 2018 course will be held Tuesdays from 5:30pm-9:00pm, starting January 9, 2019 at North Dakota State University.

During this course, export professionals will help managers avoid the common and not-so -common missteps that can create regulatory headaches and strip them of customers and profits. Participants will be introduced to international business professionals and a peer network that will discuss the critical elements of operating an export business.
Cost for Trade Office Members: Members receive a scholarship for one company representative to attend each of the course’s 12 training sessions (substitutes from the same company are allowed). Additional company representatives can attend each class at a cost of $100 per person.
Cost for Non-members: $1,000 to register for the entire course or $125 for individual classes. All participants can earn college credit by enrolling in this course at NDSU (Course Number AGEC 371).
